Amazing Amphibians

I took the kids yesterday to another homeschool program at the science center.  This was the only picture I took due to the constant movement of the group.  They got to take a look at some frogs, toads, and salamanders but could only touch a lizard.  They made a point to tell the kids that the lizard was NOT an amphibian but the big group of 3-5 year olds didn't care.  They just wanted to pet the animals.  They made a foam toad and took them outside to find the right habitat.  Sam wanted to jump right in the river but the big kids had a great time playing with their toads in the water.

Later that afternoon, while Will was asleep, these two spent some time peering out the window.  Maybe they were bird watching or something but they sat in their for quite a while visiting and laughing.  Sam adores Ben and really follows him around so much!

What a fun science center! Brooke and Meg are doing the same. They are so cute at mom's when Meg takes Brooke's hand and they walk down the hill together.
